Vinyasa Flow Yoga has roots in Iyengar, Hatha and Ashtanga methods of yoga. It uses precise alignment, creative and intelligent sequencing to awaken and prepare the body as the sequences progress throughout the class. It combines standing and seated fluid movement and sustained postures to create space, comfort, flexibility, strength in the body and calm in the mind.
Music, breath and relaxation
Vinyasa Flow Yoga uses music to accompany some of the sequences, focussed breath and mindful relaxation in each class. It truly provides a complete yoga practice.
